1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
This Lifetime User Disclosure & Acknowledgment Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Ox Gold Financial Services, DBA Ox Gold Marketing System (“Ox Gold”) and the Purchaser of the Ox Gold Marketing System Lifetime License (“Lifetime License”). This Agreement provides full transparency regarding the terms, conditions, limitations, and responsibilities associated with purchasing and using the Lifetime License. The Lifetime License is a one-time purchase that grants the Purchaser access to the Ox Gold Marketing System (the “Software”) for as long as the Software remains in operation. However, this purchase does not guarantee indefinite access, nor does it promise perpetual functionality. By purchasing the Lifetime License, the Purchaser explicitly acknowledges and agrees that: They have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms outlined in this Agreement. They understand that “Lifetime” applies strictly to the lifespan of the Software, not their personal lifetime, business longevity, or the lifetime of Ox Gold as a company. They accept all risks associated with purchasing a Lifetime License, including but not limited to the possibility of software discontinuation or business changes. They acknowledge that no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for any reason, including if the Software is permanently shut down. They may resell their Lifetime License to another party, but Ox Gold will not participate in, facilitate, or mediate any resale transactions. Ox Gold retains sole authority to determine the future of the Software and may modify its terms of service at its discretion. By completing the purchase, the Purchaser confirms their legal and financial commitment to this Agreement and waives any future claims related to misunderstandings of its terms.
2. DEFINITION OF “LIFETIME”
The term “Lifetime” as used in this Agreement refers strictly to the continued operational existence of the Ox Gold Marketing System as a functional and supported software product owned and maintained by Ox Gold." Lifetime" does not refer to: The Purchaser’s lifespan or the lifespan of any individual. The lifetime of a business, entity, or organization associated with the Purchaser. The lifetime of Ox Gold as a company or its continued existence as a legal entity. The lifetime of any specific technology, third-party platform, or external service that may be used by Ox Gold. The lifetime of any particular feature or function within the Software, as updates and changes may alter the available tools. The Lifetime License remains valid only as long as Ox Gold operates, maintains, and supports the Software. If Ox Gold ceases to operate the Software for any reason, the Lifetime License automatically expires, and no alternative access will be provided.
EXAMPLES TO CLARIFY “LIFETIME”
Example
1: Ox Gold is sold to a new company. If Ox Gold is acquired by another company that decides to discontinue or replace the Software, the Lifetime License is immediately void.

2: Ox Gold ceases operations. If Ox Gold shuts down due to financial hardship, regulatory changes, or strategic restructuring, all Lifetime Licenses expire.

3: Ox Gold shifts to a subscription model. If Ox Gold transitions to a monthly or yearly subscription-based platform, Lifetime License holders will not automatically receive access to the new model unless Ox Gold explicitly states otherwise.
3. SCOPE OF THE LIFETIME LICENSE
3.1 WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE LIFETIME LICENSE
Purchasers of the Ox Gold Marketing System Lifetime License receive: Full access to all standard features available at the time of purchase. Unlimited use of the Software for personal or business purposes in compliance with Ox Gold’s terms of service. Any general updates, patches, and performance improvements released during the Software’s operational lifespan. Access to customer support, subject to Ox Gold’s evolving support policies.
3.2 WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LIFETIME LICENSE The Lifetime License does not include: A guarantee that the Software will remain available indefinitely. A guarantee that all future updates, expansions, or feature releases will be included at no cost. A guarantee that the Software will remain compatible with external services, integrations, or third-party platforms. Access to additional Ox Gold products, services, or premium features that may be introduced separately in the future. Any right to request refunds, credits, or compensation if Ox Gold discontinues the Software or modifies its business model.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF PERPETUAL AVAILABILITY
The Purchaser acknowledges that the Software may be modified, sold, discontinued, or rendered obsolete at any time, resulting in the automatic expiration of all Lifetime Licenses. FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT SOFTWARE AVAILABILITY Business Acquisition: If Ox Gold is acquired, merged, or sold, the new owner may discontinue the Software. Product Decommissioning: If Ox Gold decides to replace or retire the Software, all Lifetime Licenses will expire. Legal or Regulatory Changes: If new laws or industry regulations prohibit continued operation, the Software may be shut down. Technological or Economic Factors: If maintaining the Software becomes unsustainable, Ox Gold may discontinue it. In any such event, the Purchaser explicitly agrees that no refunds, credits, or alternative compensation will be issued.
5. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR COMPENSATION
The Lifetime License is a final, non-refundable purchase under all circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: Voluntary non-use of the Software by the Purchaser. Permanent discontinuation of the Software by Ox Gold. Technical issues or lack of compatibility with external services. Business changes that impact the Purchaser’s needs or operations.
6. RESELLING THE LIFETIME LICENSE Purchasers may resell or transfer their Lifetime License under the following conditions: Ox Gold will not participate in or mediate any resale transactions. The new owner must accept all terms of this Agreement. All financial and legal responsibility for the transaction rests with the buyer and seller
.7. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Ox Gold reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on Ox Gold’s website, and continued use of the Software after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Examples of potential modifications include, but are not limited to: Changes to the software’s features, services, or operational structure. Adjustments to customer support policies. Revisions to compatibility with third-party services. Expansion or reduction of product offerings. Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the latest version of this Agreement periodically.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey. By purchasing the Lifetime License, the Purchaser irrevocably agrees to these terms and waives any future claims regarding their understanding of this Agreement.
